The Flower Essences
The action of the Flower Essences is safe and gentle with both immediate and cumulative, ongoing effects. Your mix is made up of up to seven essences, each one supporting you with a particular aspect of your difficulty. Together the combination of essences will support you in changing your perspective, balancing your difficult emotions and gradually changing patterns.

Engaging in the process
You don't have to do anything extra for the Flower Essences to help you. However, you can get the most from using them by engaging in your own process. This is especially helpful when you are working with longer term issues. In this way a useful feedback cycle develops. Becoming more observant of your feelings and reactions helps you to accept them and work with them more easily. It also help you focus on what is most important at the next appointment, enabling us to further refine the appropriate essence mix.
